Session frequency & support
We’ll have a weekly, 1-hour group coaching call via google.
You’ll also have access to a private group chat where you can ask questions, share your progress, and support your fellow Flow State Circle members.
I encourage active participation and mutual support within the group.

All live group coaching calls will be recorded and made available to participants shortly after the session. You can catch up on any missed calls at your convenience.

To ensure a high level of personal attention and foster strong group connections, the Flow State Circle is limited to just 5 participants.

- The Flow State Circle (Group): This program offers a structured, community-driven learning experience. You'll learn the Flow State Protocol alongside a group of like-minded men, with weekly group coaching calls, a supportive online community, and two individual coaching calls with me to personalize your approach. This is a great option for those who thrive in a group setting and are comfortable with a more self-directed approach (with my guidance).

The investment for the Flow State Circle group coaching program is €600.
This includes:
- Weekly group coaching calls.
- 2 private calls

I also recommend budgeting an additional €500-€1000+ for potential resources, such as health trackers, blood tests, supplements, and other relevant self-investments, depending on your individual needs and preferences. These are always optional.
