- 1.5-hour calls every other week
- 45-minute weekly calls
- Alternating 1-hour and 30-minute calls weekly
We’ll discuss which option fits your lifestyle best, and it’s also possible to adjust the frequency later in the program. You’ll also have access to me via private chat for ongoing support between sessions
